Which NYC based designer (who certaintly "has it") claimed this last week? Answer below...
It was designer Yigal Azrouël, who we happened to spot outside of Los Dados last night, enjoying a nice dinner in the new "it" neighborhood, Meatpacking.
It was in response to a question by NY Mag at the Museum of FIT's Couture Council Summer Party.
