It was "In the Loop's" David Rasche to NY Magazine at the premiere party this Sunday night in NYC.  I actually attended this premiere and have to say that "In the Loop" was one of the funniest movies I've seen in a very long time.  My stomach hurt afterwards from laughing so much.
