"The Standard Rejuvenated The Neighborhood, And We Hope To Follow In Their Footsteps."

Everyone's been heading back to the Meatpacking district this summer, in large part because of places like the Standard opening.  Who else is hoping to cash in on this revival? Answer below...

It is TenJune's Eugene Remm who's hospitalitey group, EMM Group, is redoing the 10k square foot multilevel space that used to be "Lotus" into Abe & Arthur's (upstairs) and SL (Downstails).

Meanwhile, David Rabin will reopen their Double Seven lounge at 63 Gansevoort Street, Team 1Oak will restore Nell's (the Plumm space), and Team Lily Pond will open Provocateur at the Hotel Gansevoort. [Intel]
