Own Lindsay Lohan's Old NYC Apartment!
Wanna own a piece of history? You may have heard: party girl Linsday Lohan's former apartment on West 42nd street! And the price keeps dropping! The apartment in question is a 1,000 square foot condo with a pricetag of $1,250,000 (down from $1,300k. Apparently Lohan put in 100k worth of the "finest upgrades" to the space. The location is questionable (42nd and 12th), but we agree with commenter "sticky" on where the bigger problem lies: "She should credit the buyer $5k towards the cost of cleaning the stench of [redacted]".....Because we can all only imagine what went on in 40J!

the apartment is at the atelier - there's speculation that she never even lived here bc Atelier is known for promoting their aptmts to celebs for PR purposes only and give either discounts to them or just give 'em away (not sure if nick lachey was given the apt or actually bought it) so anyway it might be completely clean!
