Casa Mono and Bar Jamón, sister restaurants by master chef Mario Batali, feature specialties from the Catalonia region of Spain. At Casa Mono, watch head chef Andy Nusser prepare traditional Spanish tapas like Bacalao Croquetas and Calamares Fritos for the intimate 42-seat space.
Bar Jamón is a smaller, “cozier” option with communal seating and an extensive list of its namesake, jamón. Together, the two restaurants boast a wine list of more than 600 options to choose from. This might be the closest thing to Barcelona you'll find in Grammercy.
