Boqueria Serves Godly Meat

Eater confirmed today that the hip Flatiron Tapas spot Boqueria is going to be opening a second location at 10 Downing Street (across from Da Silvano). "The building tenants are freaking out about the cafe space on the sidewalk and drinks. They want to fight it." WTF is their problem? Boqueria RARELY gets rowdy enough to warrant complaints outside. In fact, if a lounge is going to be going in that space anyway (which duh, it will), it might as well be one that serves THE BEST dátiles con Béicon y Al mendras (dates stuffed with almonds and Valdeon, the cheese of the Gods, and wrapped in bacon) ever made. In my imaginary "perfect future" where I always wake up in a big white robe with dewy skin, these are the things that my "little helpers" will no doubt be hand feeding me, along with green grapes and Cristal. Oh, I will also have a little vespa to bee-bop around in like the one above....
