Yesterday, we stopped by Il Buco's Sagra de Maiale. The crowd started lining up before 1pm, stretching down Bond street onto the ever popular Bowery, for their annual Pork Festival. Luckily the sweet pork smell calmed the crowd's nerves, and the approach to the feast was calm and orderly.  After a run through the groaning serving table, the crowd spread out along the outside tables and benches. The seating inside and out allowed for a rotation of new friends to be made over all the salty, sweet, tangy goodness (I'll admit, I had seconds).
