The Arlington Club is one of those dreadfully dangerous restaurants. Just a simple search and scroll through their Instagram foodprint and before you know it you're reserving a table there, and a bike at SoulCycle - all in a desperate attempt to curb the inevitably gluttonous but beyond worth it scene of plates that's to come. Case in point, their Poached Eggs and Shortribs, which if not alluring enough on their own, sit all too deliciously in a popover whose flaky to moist ratio is all kinds of right. Pour over some mushroom hollandaise - heaven! Bookend it with the Tuna Tartare, and a Mac and Cheese side. Swimsuit season's over - let the shamelessness begin!
