Outside, a neon sign declares "No Vacancy" when the eatery is full, but it's worth waiting to get through the hidden door inside Espoleta Tapas and Wine Bar. The warm atmosphere is complete with throwback photos of the Bowery's past, taking diners back in time to a period when secret gems were shared through word-of-mouth.
