The partners of Bowery hot spot Pearl & Ash, Patrick Cappiello and Branden McRill, will open a wine-focused French restaurant. They've taken over the space right next door to Pearl & Ash which was formerly home to R Bar for this new venture and we're expecting a killer wine list.
