Following a successful takeover of the iconic BG windows, the colorful (and slightly crazy) New Orleans-based artist, Ashley Longshore, has become somewhat of an artist in residence at the luxe fashion mecca, curating the store's new dining concept, Palette.
Decked out in butterflies, jewel tones, and Longshore's kitschy-cool art, the little eatery, located on the beauty floor, is the most Instagrammable spot to see and be seen this season. And unlike most dining destinations simply made for the 'gram, the menu is just as fabulous as the decor. So slide into one of those pink banquettes, order a pink martini, and get snackin' on tea sandwiches or a turkey and shrimp salad. Or stop in for a ladies' brunch on Saturday and Sunday and go for some Russ & Daughters bagels and lox. Yum.
