One of our favorite socialites, Lydia Hearst took her baby blue bicycle out for a spin this weekend.  What's with the balloons? No she wasn't just getting back from the street fairs, Lydia was smack in the middle of a photo shoot, presumably for her new movie, "The Last International Playboy" set to open in theaters on June 12th.  There has been a ton of hype about the movie (have you spotted a "Lydia-bus" yet?), mainly due to the fact that the opening scene has Hearst, 24, stripping, and getting cozy with a guy and a girl, played by Australian supermodel Nicole Trunfio, in the laundry room during a model-saturated soiree in a NYC apartment.
