This week is going to really drag on it seems. Especially since I won't have Gossip Girl to help me get over Hump day tomorrow night. However, just because the season's over (damn writers), I can still talk about it if I want to. And so, I will report on rumors that Blake Lively and Penn Badgley who play annoying couple Serena and Dan on the show, are dating for reals. My report? I don't give a shit. If their real life versions are anything like their character's, they are B-O-R-I-N-G with a capital B. So, on to more important GG matters, Gridskipper put together a lovely little map outlining all of the real life places in the city to help you put together an official "Gossip Girl Tour" for your unsuspecting visiting guests. Go here to find out the 15 places that are must stops for all things relating to the show, including Gilt, Henri Bendels, and the Box of course, but also lesser known spots like the Long Island City bistro that Vanessa worked at, Communitea. Plovgh, the new online farmers market
Who knew that the farming world had a trend? Well, Mallory Sustick, a Brooklyn bartender, works like a dog to maintain, promote and advance the online farmer's market startup Plovgh that began after noticing a need for more local farm market distribution.
