Plating Tricks

When it comes to the Thanksgiving menu, never deviate from the holiday's fond favorites. While classic recipes and dishes are truly the best for this occasion, they can always be made to look even better with some handy plating tricks.

Cook the turkey sous-vide with truffle butter - and slice it neatly in the kitchen. Transform a boring bread bun by making a few slits around the sides and add a pecan, turning it into a little pumpkin bun. Add some sunflower seeds to garnish your butternut squash soup. Put all of the brown mushy sides (mashed potatoes, sweet potato purée, mac & cheese, stuffing) in individual ramekins for guests to serve themselves elegantly.

This is an Instagram moment people - don't waste it!
