Your Fake Gluten Allergy

There are absolutely people with veritable allergies to gluten, dairy, and nuts out there. But there is a very good chance you are not one of them. A food making you bloated or giving you a couple of zits does not constitute it as an allergy. You know that episode of The Office where Michael Scott burned his foot on a George Foreman grill and compared himself to someone who is in a wheelchair? That's how people with actual allergies that can kill them see you when you whine about how there's not enough dairy free milk options at Starbucks.
