Los Angelos lost a few stars to New York City on Tuesday night for the celebration of US Weekly's Hot Hollywood issue at Skylight Studios. Guests and honorees included Blake Lively, Olivia Palermo, Penn Badgley, Vanessa Hudgens, Ugly Betty stars Michael Urie and Becki Newton, Gavin Rossdale, Richie Rich, Whitney Port (without her drama-heavy co-stars), Ne-Yo, Eve Marc Bouwer, Nastia Liukin, and What Not To Wear's Stacy London.
