
Even though the One Laptop One Child program has missed its initial target price of $100 for their laptop and the price is moving steadily north towards $200, we still love this program and its vision of trying to bring efficient and cost-effective laptops to children in developing countries. These laptops also look awesome! It kind of makes us a bit jealous...and wish we were Starvin Marvin for a second...we these things look a lot cooler than our laptops which we've spend 10 times as much on...

Who knew that the farming world had a trend? Well, Mallory Sustick, a Brooklyn bartender, works like a dog to maintain, promote and advance the online farmer's market startup Plovgh that began after noticing a need for more local farm market distribution.
