It's that time of year again, Sean "Diddy" Combs, having just completed his annual White Party, had the beaches of St. Tropez calling his name. When Diddy reached the shores of the Côte d'Azur in the early 2000's it officially marked the end of run for this once quiet fishing village finally marred by excess (and the Russian mafia). Diddy has since walked out on numerous thousand dollar plus tabs, sprayed multiple bottles of Crystal, and wrangled countless gaggles of classy broads. That being said, the Hamptons loss is St. Tropez's loss as well.
