Just when New York City thought it couldn't be outdone on December 31st, Boston steals the scene. Wheeler's Frozen Dessert Co., a vegan ice cream parlor, threw a New Year's Eve bash complete with hip Bean-Towners, local DJs E-Marce and Roguewaves, table dancing, all night make-out sessions, and champagne ice cream floats.
