The Wedding Party...

    Valerie Durollari and Ken Biberaj: Children of Albanian immigrants, Valerie and Ken met at a huge Albanian wedding in '04.  After the first meeting resulted in little interest, more was to come from these two as time went on. Their outing became competitions to see who knew the most about NY. Storytelling at the Moth, Carnegie Hall, etc. Fitting that their wedding took place at a shared favorite- the Russian Tea Room. Over 560 guests welcomed the new couple at the large Albanian wedding with 10 bridesmaides.

    Caroline Nathan and Jonathan Horn: Married Saturday at the St. Regis Hotel. Caroline is the deputy senior producer for politics at "The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer." She graduated magna cum laude from Yale. Jonahtan also graduated from Yale and, up until weeks ago was a speechwriter and special assistant to President George W. Bush.

    Julia Bartolf and Gregory Milne: Married Saturday at Marble Collegiate Church in NY. Julia is in her third year at New York Law School.In September, she is to become an associate in the real estate department at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, the New York law firm. She graduated from Columbia. Gregory is an associate in the property group at Shearman & Sterling, the New York law firm. He graduated from the University of Michigan. He received a master’s degree in political science from Bogazici University in Istanbul and a law degree from Fordham.

    Alexis Palmer and Rick Juneja: Married Saturday at All Souls Unitarian Church in NY. Alexis is is the director in the endowment investment office of the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York. She is also a founder of Curbed.com.She graduated from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Conn., and received an M.B.A. from Harvard. She was also designated a chartered financial analyst. Rick is a senior director at Alvarez & Marsal, a management consulting firm in New York, where he is responsible for improving the performances of privately held companies. He graduated cum laude from Miami University of Ohio, from which he also earned a master’s in gerontological studies. He received an M.B.A. from Dartmouth.

    Meredith Rog and Daniel Feiner: Married Saturday at the Cyrstal Plaza in Livingston, NJ. Meredith graduated summa cum laude from Cornell. She is a senior consultant with the internal services unit of Deloitte in New York. She is part of an internal team that evaluates and executes programs involving employee evaluation and compensation. Daniel graduated from Northwestern and is completing an M.B.A. at New York University.
