This Agreement covers any associated content relating to any or all of the Guest of a Guest LLC entities ("Guest of a Guest sites"), including email, the Guest of a Guest newsletter and RSS feeds. Please read this statement carefully prior to accessing any of the Guest of a Guest sites, as entering indicates your knowledge of, and agreement to, these Terms of Use.
Guest of a Guest disclaims all warranties, including warranties for merchantability, non-infringement and fitness for a particular purpose.
Guest of a Guest (including, without limitation: text, photographs, graphics, video and audio content) is protected by copyright as a collective work or compilation under the copyright laws of the United States and other countries and the State of Delaware. Any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of this Service. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in our Service.
While we shall take reasonable steps to prevent the introduction of viruses, worms or other destructive materials to this Service, we do not guarantee of warrant protection against foreign interference with the Service.
By posting content on the Service, a user is giving Guest of a Guest the right to display such content on the Service and its affiliated publications and to distribute such content and use such content for promotional and marketing purposes.
Guest of a Guest reserves the right to delete any user comments we deem inappropriate or offensive. We value an atmosphere of free and open conversation, but inevitably, some posts on the site will incite controversy. When this happens, we may close the posts to further comments. If a commenter repeatedly abuses our comment policy, we reserve the right to delete all of their comments on every post on the site, and ban their IP address. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guest of a Guest and its affiliates, and their respective members, directors, officers, managers, employees, shareholders, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation by you of this Agreement. We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this section. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.
This Agreement may be terminated by Guest of a Guest for any reason at any time. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, applicable to agreements made and performed therein without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Whenever Guest of a Guest LLC changes its Terms of Use, it will post those changes to this Agreement, and maintain the most current Agreement Terms at this location.
