Miami Beach, December 6-9, 2007. Art Basel, the international art show is kindof a big deal. If you like art, it's a really big deal. With over 300 leading art galleries setting up shop from 30 countries, it's the "world's premier modern and contemporary art fair". Over 55,000 art collectors, art dealers, artists, curators and art lovers attend each year to set their eyes on a full spectrum of modern and contemporary paintings, sculptures, drawings, installations, photographs and editions, as well as video and digital art by ovre 2,000 artists. The New York Times has called Art Basel "The Olympics of the Art World." If art's not your thing, go to mingle with stars like Madonna, Lance Armstrong, and Lenny Kravitz.
