The Cinema Society hosted a private screening of the film The Invention of Lying co-directed by Ricky Gervais and Matthew Robinson Wednesday night and while the flick’s stars seemed to have other things to do, there were plenty of television stars in attendance to make up for it, including 90s golden couple (and TV Star royalty as far as we’re concerned) Zach Morris and Kelly Kapowski a.k.a. Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Tiffani Thiessen. Other TV stars in attendance included Justin Kirk, Katherine McPhee, Hillary Duff, Kathy Griffin, and James Lipton…
New York’s social scene also made it to the Tribeca Grand Hotel for the screening of the comedy starring co-director Ricky Gervais Jason Bateman, Jennifer Garner, Jonah Hill, and Tina Fey about a man who tells the first lie in a world where only the truth exists, followed by an after party at The Soho Grand including Olivia Palermo with Justin Huebl, Cinema Society founder Andrew Saffir, Daniel Benedict, Bobby Flay, Kelly Killoren Bensimon, Katie Lee Joel, Richard Johnson, and many more.
