It’s hard to believe Tommy Hilfiger has time for much beyond running his iconic brand, debuting collections during NY Fashion Week, and opening a brand new Fifth Avenue Flagship. But alas, the multi-tasking designer found time to lend his fashion expertise to the pages of a hard cover… He teamed up with legendary photographer Sam Haskins for their first joint book publishing project, Fashion Etcetera by Sam Haskins: Tommy Hilfiger Special Edition. Guests including Dee Hilfiger, Ally Hilfiger, Carol Han, Kristian Laliberte, Lady Lilliana Cavendish, Jamie Burke, Nicky Hilton, Scott Buccheit, Naeem Delbridge, and many more gathered at Milk Studios to celebrate and preview the book which is filled with Haskins’ work spanning over five decades of his photography with over 200 re-mastered black and white and color photos from the early sixties. Not only is this fashionably-epic book worth celebrating, but the event also marked the opening of a six-week exhibition at Milk Gallery featuring over 100 of Sam Haskins’ original prints. The exhibition opened on September 19 and will run through October 26th.
