Christian Siriano’s friends threw him a surprise birthday bash Tuesday night at new spot on the block, Citrine. Our favorite Project Runway winner, whose stunning Spring ‘09 collection showed us all that gray really does matter, partied his 23rd b-day away with cupcakes, sparklers, “Tranny Mess” cocktails and his “fierce” friends including Levin Rambin, Scott Buccheit, Leigh Lezark, Kim Stolz, Andrew Andrew, Sophia Lamar, Andy Cohen, Vicki Gunvalson, NeNe Leakes, and Christian’s love bug Brad Walsh.
