Daniel Boulud And Scott Kasen Give Us A Sneak Peak Of DBGB

Last night, new Bowery eatery DBGB Kitchen and Bar offered a sneak peak opening to benefit Citymeals-on-Wheels. Hosts Daniel Boulud and Scott Kasen fed many a foodie and chef taking a break from the kitchen, including Bobby Flay, Andrew Carmellini, Gael Greene, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Mauro Maccioni, Todd English and Wylie Dufresne. Boulud describes the spot as a, “comfortable setting with a downtown vibe.” From the looks of last night’s happy guests, things are looking good for the chef/restauranteur’s foray into the more casual, sign of the times project.
