Producer King Britt and Vocalist Rucyl Mills pulled out all the stops for their dazzling musical tribute to the Jazz legend Sun-Ra at the World Financial Center, Winter Gardens on Tuesday.  The RivertoRiver event, sponsored by American Express, featured Tim Motzer, Damon Bennet, Jason Senk and many other imaginative digital artists whose new-age electro and trippy visuals made for a phantasmagorical electronic experience.
