Evisu Jeans Take Over Barney's With Saved Tattoo Artists
[All photos by WILL RAGOZZINO for PMc]. Saturday was Artisan Day at Barneys and Evisu Jeans took over the men's floor with artists from Saved Tattoo who personalized leather patches for Andy Cohen and Kyle Hotchkiss Carone - who had a pair tattooed for Horacio Silva of The New York Times.
-
Scott Campbell's tattoo artists, best known for inking famous clients such as Marc Jabos or Helena Christensen, used their talents to personalize patches that would make any stylish pair of Evisu Jeans into something truly original. Hidehiko Yamane, creator of Evisu, would certainly enjoy the idea of a personal touch added to his stylish threads. When he first started producing his trademark jeans, each pair had a hand-painted seagull logo that he would paint himself!
