It was all about the ballerinas and their pirouettes last night as The New York City Ballet held their Opening Night Gala Tuesday night at Lincoln Center, marking their first performance in the newly named David H. Koch Theater, home to the NYCB and The New York City Opera. Guests like Sarah Jessica Parker, Veronica Webb, Alicia Keys, Al Roker, Blythe Danner, and Vanessa Williams were invited to an evening of ballets chorographed by legends Jerome Robbins, George Balanchine, Susan Stroman, and NYCB's ballet-master-in-chief Peter Martins.
