The God of Carnage opened on Broadway Sunday night at The Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre to an all-star audience with an after party at Espace to follow. The play, which comes to New York after a sold out run in London with a constant string of rave reviews, stars Jeff Daniels (Goodnight and Good Luck), Hope Davis (Synecdoche, New York), James Gandolfini (The Sopranos) and Marcia Gay Harden (Into The Wild). Guests in attendance for the highly anticipated performance included Hugh Jackman with wife Deborah-Lee Furness, Martha Stewart, Amber Tamblyn, Kenneth Cole, Colin Hanks, Elaine Stritch, Harvey Weinstein, Emily Mortimer, and TV stars from the past and present including America Ferrara, David Hyde Pierce, Fran Drescher, and Edie Falco.
