Lighthouse International will hold its first POSH Home For The Holidays Sale on Friday, December 4, 2009 from 11 am to 6 pm at 111 East 59th Street, New York City featuring home accessories from New York’s best designer show rooms, a selection of china and crystal and a large selection of new and gently used furs and special one-of-a-kind wreaths designed by 35 famous designers such as: Mario Buatta, Mica Ertegun, Geoffrey Bradfield, Jeffrey Bilhuber, Samuel Botero, Carleton Varney, Katherine Stephens, Ron Hoffman and Tony Gampetro, Jean Doyen and Elissa Cullman. POSH Home for the Holidays Sale benefits Lighthouse International, the premier non-profit organization fighting vision loss.
Using recyclable and a range of other materials such as tin cans, neckties, wine corks, toys, and kitchen appliances, as well as driftwood, wine bottles, painted pine cones, dried flowers, paper and perfume bottles; these well-known designers have created unusual, unique wreaths designed especially for Lighthouse International, the wreaths range in price from $50 to $200 and vary in size from coaster size to 42 inches; small enough to fit in a New York City taxi cab.
