Vanessa Noel Hosts Chinese New Year Party Celebrating The Year Of The Ox

While another, more infamous Noel was set to celebrate last night at Doubles, shoe designer Vanessa Noel (not related, luckily for her) hosted a Chinese New Year party at her Upper East Side store to ring in the Year of the Ox. Guests including Andrew Lauren, Dayssi Olarte de Kanavos, Joyce Varvatos, and Lynn Whitfield, amongst others, sipped cocktails as they were greeted by a traditional festive dragon.
