America’s Next Top Model’s Celia Ammerman Is Working The Racks…On Bleecker Street, Um Spoiler Alert?’

Celia Ammerman, the 25 year old contestant on the current season of America’s Next Top Model, is thought to be the frontrunner by many. Before entering Cycle 13 of the reality show, the tall blond worked at Bergdorf Goodman’s right here in good ol’ New York City selling overpriced designer frocks in hopes of getting discovered. Despite her age (Tyra has remarked many times that 25 is “old” to just now be getting into the modeling industry), her pictures are often some of the judge’s favorites, and a number of blogs and fans are predicting she may win the whole damn thing despite being at least a good half decade older than everyone. 

We hate to break it to all you lovers of Ms. Bank’s ANTM, but Celia’s chances aren’t looking too good: The “model” is currently working at Intermix on Bleecker Street and has been for at least the past few weeks. So unless that Covergirl contract isn’t really paying the bills, we doubt we’ll see Celia’s cropped blond ‘do on any magazine covers any time soon. But hey, if you need some fashion advice, you can head to Bleecker Street. It seems like she may be better at sales than she was at the judging panel - she convinced me to drop half a grand more than I should have on the best Intermix has to offer. Tyra was definitely right about one thing: The girl’s got style.
