Compliments aside, I don’t get the “Limited Edition Converse by John Varvatos Vintage Slip On.” I invite you, readers, to explain to me why I should want to cough up $95 for the what is basically the same sneaker as the Chuck Taylor All Star Slip On, which is available for $45.
