Lorenzo Martone, Ryan Brown Make And ARC NY Make The Lives Of Models Even Easier
The trend of models being something other than wealthy, mute clothes hangers is established enough to have spawned a PR agency aimed squarely at the fashion-turned-entertainer crowd. And there's no one better to launch it than soon-to-be Mr. Marc Jacobs, Lorenzo Martone.

The name of this agency is ARC NY. Martone and co-founder Ryan Brown (formerly of Elite) will run it out of an office in SoHo, the international crossroads of models, new media and grazing tourists. The careers of most models have short shelf-lives, so it makes sense that a place like ARC would have a built-in client base of who are the oldest women on the catwalk at 22 and hungry for work in movies, music and design. And with big names like Lydia Hearst, Alessandra Ambrosio and Fernanda Motta already signed on, will have the sort of legs that got their clients famous in the first place.
