I made it in! I made it in! The line outside the newly opened, and much anticipated Eldridge on the LES was out the door, though if you weren’t on the list, you WEREN’T GETTING IN! Naeem made sure of that. It’s more than difficult to get me out of the house after 10pm on a Monday, but getting an exclusive invite to Lydia Hearst’s party featuring her Bebe film, the very FIRST night of “Eldridge Movie Night”, was too good to miss. Also, I couldn’t wait to catch up with Scott and Naeem who have been partying it up on the West Coast and leaving us all missing them dearly.
More photos and story below:
Lydia Hearst, Scott Buccheit, and Aubrey O’Day
Before the night really got started at The Eldridge, their gang attended the Bloomingdales/Nigel Barker party in Soho. Lydia looked stunning as usual and her party brought out a solid list of celebrators including Aubrey O’day, Tara Subkoff, Marc Bouwer, Jack Bryan, Emma Snowdon-Jones, Angelos Styliano, Matt Levine, Cole Bernard, Jason Lawrence, Jamie Korey, Jasen Kaplan, David Katz, Susan Kilkenny, Sparrow, Amanda Novak, Kate Secor, Chris Brady, Sean Glass, Wayne Alan Wilcox, Keenyah Nicolle Hill, Diana Papanova, Sabrina Huls, and Marc Stellrecht.
I think I saw the invite for this posted on facebook.

yes it was posted on my personal account with a closed guest list. anybody that was not on the list was not allowed in, obviously including yourself.
it does not take a genius to forward an email invite or copy a hard invite.

It’s impressive that you can get a positive review of your party from the blog you write for. Well done! I’m sure millions of people from facebook were trying to get in, as you just confirmed, and that sounds like a great scene to be a part of. Good luck with that.

Lydia went to the hospital with kidney stones?
How is she?

LOL we actually got over 100 people asking to be invited through FB and Hundreds more who just decided to email the eldridge directly. We went over the list and deleted anyone not invited.
And as for positive reviews, I invite friends to my parties. IF they had something negative to say do you really think that they would be my friends? obviously douches like yourself don’t have any friends which is why you take time to read and then actually comment on something that has ZERO to do with you.

The Eldridge sends out invitations on facebook, understood. It’s classier than a roll of toilet paper, I suppose. And cheaper, too !

In late 2007, five young professionals, long connected by both friendship and family, decided to pool and tap into their own altruistic nature while encouraging others to do so. Their forum - the party. Calling themselves ‘fun-raisers’ their track record bears evidence
