Notes From A Meeting: Jamie Mulholland

I just got back from a delightful meeting with Jamie Mulholland, the charming South African responsible for such venues like Cain and Surf Lodge.  He took me on a walk through of the new and imporved Cain, a work in progress.  The new version, completely re-gutted, is set to open this Thursday.
