Hipsters in tight jeans? Check. Plaid shirts and neck chains? Check. Sweater vests and Cartigans? Check, Check, Check. There has been considerable buzz around town that Chloe 81 on Ludlow Street is the East side’s answer to Beatrice Inn. We sent JT White to check out the scene at their “Ivy at Chloe” party this Wednesday to get the scoop. From the photos, it looks pretty similar.
