“Give me bottle service or give me death!” This might be the revamped Patrick Henry quote that Boston nightlife promoters and owners declaim to Boston Liquor Licensing Board Chairman Daniel Pokaski. I’m not sure if these Mayflower Puritans are on to something. What might New York be without the tacky service pioneered in the late 90’s? Better? Probably. And Paris Hilton may have been one of the last few to have experience bottle service at the hotspot Rumorin February. I know us New Yorkers are used to setting the tone, but maybe we can learn something every once in awhile from our Brahmin brethren.
