“Zylo”, First Word On The W Hoboken Feature Restaurant!

Frank Sinatra and the birthplace of baseball….what other reasons do New Yorkers need to cross the Hudson! Not enough good?, maybe a luxe, new W Hotel and its unique concept restaurant, Zylo will do the trick. Promising “authentic Tuscan fare” with a focus on seasonal ingredients from local farmers and bakers seems a bit contradictory though…… I hate when any restaurant uses terms like “best, first, original, authentic, official”. Unless of course we are talking about the “original recipe” at KFC.

The space will host 105-seats and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in a traditional service style (glamorous way of saying family style?). Décor is both rustic and modern. The whole thing seems like an oxymoron.
