Seriously, we knew something was fishy.  I mean when are Manhattan hot spots going to start coming up with a little bit better excuses?  Is this like included in some kind of restaurant manual on how to get out of tricky situations?

Tough shit! Yea I’ve heard that hobag Miriam at The Box use plumbing as an excuse too…as she was letting people in and out.

I suggested to her that perhaps she and her staff should put more fiber into their diet, so that they go easy on the sensitive plumbing and sewage infrastructure on Chrystie St.

La Esquina being closed can only be a good thing for NYC. I think the whole secret bars thing is totally played out.

Why not just go to Angel’s Share? I love that spot.
