Lily Allen performed live during Chanel's ready-to-wear show in Paris, part of the women's wear portion of Fashion Week in the City of Lights. Designer Karl Lagerfeld welcomed front row seat contenders including Claudia Schiffer, Sean Lennon, Prince and model/musician Irina Lazareanu to his runway, a Western style stage complete with distressed wood planks, lanterns and hay. We are not generally proponents of things rural or any bumpkin-seeming setting. However, this being the work of the Kaiser, it looks nothing short of genius. As is often the case, we are totally ready to max out our credit cards.
