Leonardo da Vinci's latest exhibition, "The Saint Anne, Leonardo da Vinci's Ultimate Masterpiece,” has been on display at the Louvre from March 29 and will last until June 25. The exhibit memorializes da Vinci's recently restored oil painting on wood, "The Virgin and Child with Saint Anne" (1503-1519).

The exhibition is sponsored by Salvatore Ferragamo, and on June 12th, the fashion house will premiere its 2013 Resort collection, which was designed by Creative Director Massimiliano Giornetti. This is Giornetti's second Resort collection and it will be presented in run-way style under the glass pyramid that frames the museum. This will be the first time the Louvre has allowed a runway show on the inside. The show will be live-streamed on Ferragamo's website.

On the upcoming event, Ferruccio Ferragamo, Chairman of the Ferragamo Group, commented saying,

“It is a great honour for our family and our fashion group to have been chosen amongst the other highly esteemed contestants to sponsor this exclusive event. Endless creativity, an innovative aesthetic, artisanal roots and groundbreaking research have always characterized the Italian genius as embodied by Leonardo da Vinci and that we have always appreciated. These are values dating back to my father that have inspired our work and the reality of our company.”
