It’s Renee Zellweger, actress and star of the new film, “My One and Only,” which premiered this week in NYC.

We’re not from Texas, but we have to agree that nothing beats a little weekend on wheels. We already miss our island adventure. Spending Friday afternoon in our VW, rocking out to Sirius, enjoying stories and snacks on the way to Nantucket was the perfect break from sitting on 27 for the better part of the summer.

There are only a few short weeks of the season ahead, so if you haven’t had a chance to be a weekend warrior, maybe it’s time you take a hint from Renee, and pack up the car? Fortunately for us Northeast urbanites, being from Texas is not a prerequisite.
