It’s no surprise that Penn Badgley has super specific views on fashion, given his fashionista girlfriend Blake Lively. But although he may know his Prada from his Balenciaga, we don’t think his views are THAT evolved. When he says that, as a man, he likes “simpler things”, he really just means that as a man he likes tight things with a lot of cleavage, as “plunging V-neck” would imply.
