Speaking of people spending thousands of dollars on bottles of alcohol, while we are in one of the worst recessions of our time….we just heard word that not only was Marisa Noel Brown, daughter of Walter Noel, caught partying at TWO parties last week, (she was at the Gilt Groupe’s anniversary party and helped host the Junior Collectors night at Doubles), she hosted another grand affair this weekend. She certainly is partying in the face of adversity, but on Saturday night, she stepped things up a bit….

Apparently the ex socialite hosted around 50 close friends for a lavish evening of entertainment at her Greenwich, CT home. (Word on how “close” the friend was that leaked the party). The guests apparently sipped on bottles of Perrier-Jouet, the most expensive champage in the world (last year it was sold to about 100 people for close to $7k a bottle). Party while you still got it!
