There’s Something About Marie Douglas-David…

…that just doesn’t seem right.  No it’s not her appearance.  For a lady in her later thirties, she looks great!  Rather it’s how much her said appearance and lifestyle cost that doesn’t seem all that grand.  Davis-Douglas apparently needs $53k a week to sustain herself, and is seeking mucho dinero from her former hubby United Technologies CEO George Davis.  Granted, she is obviously padding her requests for compensation rather than low-balling, but it still seems a bit silly.  Accounts of each other’s positions can be found here, and what she is seeking as well as more photos can be found below:

Douglas-David wants about $100 million in cash and stock, plus $130,000 a month in alimony. In court papers, she says she needs more than $53,800 a week, including to maintain a Park Avenue apartment and three residences in Sweden. Weekly expenses also include $700 for limousine service, $4,500 for clothes, $1,000 for hair and skin treatments, $1,500 for restaurants and entertainment, and $8,000 for travel. [LA Times]
