For most of us New York City folk, crossing the velvet rope into the hottest club is a moment of pure ecstasy. A moment when you can take a hard look at your life and give yourself a pat on the back for being cool enough (or wealthy enough, if you bribed the bouncer). But as Justin Ross Lee sees it, anyone can sneak into a place, and who cares anyway? What's really important are the places you have been banned from -- the hot spots that when you walk up to the door they take one look at your face and know exactly who you are and tell you to turn around and leave immediately. JRL wears his bans like badges of honor, and offers me a piece of advice, “Embrace your lifetime bans: The only thing better than being able to go anywhere- is not being able to go some places. 86 is my favorite number.” So where has the infamous Facebook Jewjetter been banned from? While Nas was entertaining Eli Manning and the rest of the G-Men at 1Oak last night (left), Chris Rock was the only one sans tux with Jay-Z at the after party for the singer's 2nd epic night at Carnegie Hall. Stanley of course managed to catch both parties, and more on his snazzy new Instagram account. Check out more from his night out below! More»

But in a refreshing twist on the usual debauchery, the $50k that Katy and her BFF Markus Molinari dropped at the 1OAK grand opening on Friday night didn't go to remodel Gavin Maloof's guest cottage or pay off Floyd Mayweather's gambling debts; it went straight to GiveLove, a charity doing humanitarian housing and sanitation work in Haiti. [Ekaterina Rybolovleva, daddy's little girl] After weeks of speculation, it has finally been revealed that a 22-year-old Russian co-ed by the name of Ekaterina Rybolovleva is the lucky owner of the sprawling $88 million dollar penthouse at 15 Central Park West, former home of ex-Citigroup CEO Sandy Weill. While most of us as undergrads slummed it in a 2x4 dorm room, complete with cork-board and plastic IKEA furnishings, Ekaterina is living in the lap of luxury thanks to good ol' Dad. And since 'Rina seems to be just so down on her luck these days, we thought we'd help the rich Ruskie out by finding ways to blow the rest of her cash.
