The Official Selection of the 2009 Toronto Film Festival, Venice Film Festival, and 2010 Sundance Film Festival, I AM LOVE premiered in New York City last night. Luca Guadagnino's Italian film follows the fall of the haute bourgeoisie in Milan and stars Tilda Swinton as Emma Recchi. For those of us whose adolescence involved fruitless hours trying to figure out what the heck Rory and Lorelai were talking about on Gilmore Girls, Alexis Bledel was spotted at the premiere at SVA Theater.
While we've all been trapped inside the fashion bubble that has currently taken over New York City, one of the most prestigious film festivals in the world kick started in Toronto over the weekend with hundreds of theater-goers joining movie stars, directors, writers, and producers in audiences across the city with over 300 flicks being showcased.
