There are plenty of people (including loads of visitors) that will be spending this holiday weekend in our beautiful city. I will be out east, rocking a bbq with the LOLA crew, but here's some interesting things you can do in Manhattan to celebrate our nation's independence:

Fireworks:

Macy's 4th of July Fireworks:
Around 9 pm on Friday, Macy's will have fireworks being released from 3 separate locations around the city. There will be a patriotic flyover at 8 p.m. courtesy of the U.S. Air Force. NBC will broadcast the fireworks live beginning at 9 p.m. EST.
